DubLi Network setting Sails for Success in the US
As DubLi.com is getting ready to capture the American market - especially with their warmly welcomed DubLi Auctions Platform SmartWin, meant to become the "largest GLOBAL Ecommerce Auction House in the world" according to the Company - they have to attract Industry Leaders to speed up the process and make it a success.
Besides the fact that YORGOO has already established an impressive DubLi Network of DubLi Business Associates in the US, Canada and even South America - just to talk of DubLi US… that’s exactly what’s happening right NOW! It seems there’s a new wind out there - but also a new concept.
Where Dubli.com was initially meant to be a true Ecommerce platform genre Ebay - we now see a form of reverse auctions where you bid at 20 cents increments and try your luck. Lots of people have had incredibly "lucky strokes" (see below) and if this is what the market wants, it may well be wake-up time for all Business Associates in the US to grab this business opportunity and work it before someone else does.

If you watched the introductory DubLi presentation in yesterday’s post, you will
have noticed a new name at the DubLi Network horizon.
You did not?
Oh…. then do so quickly HERE before meeting the Speaker personally in a remarkable Interview: a man who moved 500 million U$ in sales in his career: Dean Mannheimer.

Mr. Mannheimer, in the last few years,
you’ve been very successfully active for
large companies engaged in the areas of
fitness and dietary supplements.
Now you’ve decided to enter into a
partnership with DubLi!
What exactly impressed you about the DubLi concept?
DM: What impressed me with Dubli is how they bring value to a family.
They are not trying to convince anyone to buy their product because it is strong, better, cheaper or some secret formula. They are saying to a family, do and buy what you normally buy but try buying it through us and see if we bring value to you. See if you get the same great brand products, a better price in a fun and easy way.
This is a powerful concept.

In the past, you have supported U.S. firms in starting European ventures and
have built up a large team here in Europe.
At DubLi, will you be working primarily in Europe - what are your plans?
DM: No, I will be helping them open both North America and South America. That is
not to say I will not be working with strong leaders from Europe. I have spent many
years working in Europe and have developed many friends. Once they understand
the correct business model that Dubli offers and what it will mean to the public
should they want to participate I will definitely like to partner with them.

How does a firm from Germany or Scandinavia start up in the USA? Until now,
it was always the other way round.
How are U.S. networkers reacting to the launch of DubLi?
DM: It always comes back to who do you know. Network Marketing is about
relationships. It is developing a relationship with someone that understands the market you want to go into. This is what Dubli did. They were introduced to me by someone that has known me for a very long period of time and knows my capabilities.
When I evaluated the model Dubli has I knew this was a winner, so I agreed to help them develop the markets they want to move into. It had been the other way around before because a USA leader had relationships with European Leaders that help move a company in that direction.
The US leaders that are seeing this model are reacting in the most positive way
one could ever hope for. Some of the best and strongest leaders see the value in
the business model from Dubli, recognize everything is moving to the internet and
do no want to be left behind. I believe we will see some of the most remarkable
results the industry has ever seen.
Time will either prove me right or prove me wrong but I am not worried about that in the least.

How well-known is DubLi today in the U.S.A.?
DM: It is brand new. No one has ever heard of them.

For you, what is the distinctive difference between DubLi and other multi-level
marketing companies?
DM: As I mentioned earlier the main difference is we are not trying to convince someone to buy our product because it is better than someone else’s. We are not adding to a customer’s buying habit. We are trying to enhance the value of their life in what they are already doing. If we can help people buy what they already are buying at a better price in a convenient way… and have some fun… why wouldn’t they?
This is significantly different than other multi-level companies’ business models.

Each big network marketing firm has a ‘focal product’. What are the key products
at DubLi and what is your personal strategy to attract customers?
DM: Here are my thoughts on this.
- First of all we can help people get great brand products, all new, at great prices while having fun in the three auction houses Dubli runs.
- Then we can also help families look for specific products they want and the
best price available by using the “competitive Pricing Machine” from Dubli.
- Additionally Dubli has a partner program that will generate funds for any
company or charity to advance their cause of need.
- Not to be forgotten we also focus on the shop owner helping them increase their sales and profitability.
- So depending on a Business Associate’s contacts, we will focus in the area where they have their own personal relationships to help them.
- As far as personal customers, it will mean just letting them know this new
business is available. I believe once people realize they can buy what they
always have been buying at a better price in a more simple way, they will come to us quickly.

What can we in German-speaking Europe and world-wide expect from your team in the next three years?
DM: We will use all of the new tools that Dubli has developed to support, teach, train, motivate and assist anyone that wants to have a positive change in their and their family’s lives.
There are principles and disciplines in this business just as there are in any other
business. Unfortunately many times they are not properly taught. We want to be sure everyone has the chance to have what ever they want for their family. We will so everything we can to help them.

You’ve now had years of experience in the industry and have set up teams with millions
of partners world-wide – do you still recall the beginnings?
What did you do then to become so successful?
DM: Yes I remember the beginning like it was yesterday. It is something you never want to forget.
When I began to become successful was when I began to be a good student. I realized I had to learn how this business worked. I started listening to different trainers and teachers. I applied what I learned from them. Not everything worked for me.
So that which worked I continued to do and discarded that which did not. I learned
how to use the knowledge with my personality.
We all have different ways of talking to people. We have different styles and it is a matter of learning how to use the knowledge in a way people accept it from us without feeling we have changed or become some kind of a salesman. Just keep it simple and honest.

You’re something of a pioneer at Dubli, not just in the U.S. Are business dealings
made easier or more difficult when you’re the “first”?
DM: That is in the mind. What I mean by that is when you are first, there is no clear path to follow so you have to make the path. If you are not mentally prepared for that, it can be difficult. In the beginning you will always face those who will tell you it will not work. They will criticize you or tell you are foolish. But if you are willing to be first, to be the trail blazer, you will reap the rewards for your effort.

In your opinion, what attributes should you possess to be successful in multi-level
marketing?
- You should have a strong work ethic, true desire for success and be teachable.
- Good communication skills are also very important.
- One should also learn how to employ oneself. That means you know how to
work without being told to go to work.
- People need to know your word is good. You will do what you say you will do.

Do you have a “golden rule” to achieve MLM success?
DM: Yes, focus on what others want, help them get it and you will always get what you want.

Each company undergoes ups and downs. You are no exception.
What do you consider your greatest career setback and your utmost career highlight?
DM: Probably the greatest set back would have been when a company I had invested many years of work into and I was making very good money went out of business.
Emotionally it that was difficult.
I believe my greatest career highlight is the one I am engaged in right now.
I truly believe history books will be written about this and I will have been able to
experience it.

If you could turn back the clock, what would you do differently?
DM: I probable would not do anything different. That does not mean I would have like things to have always gone better. But I believe we could not move forward without having gone through the things we went through. History is our teacher. If you look at the machine that monitors your heart you see the line going up and down. That is like life. If the line on machine is a straight line you are dead. People always want things to be perfect but that is not possible nor should it be.

Do you think that network marketing generally benefits from the noticeable structural changes taking place in society?
DM: Yes it does. Today I think you see it reflecting society even more.

In closing, do you have a few “words of wisdom” and perhaps some useful tips for
our readers?
DM: Just remember in life no one is going to give you anything nor should you want
them to. Go out and get what you want for you and your family and do not let anyone or any circumstance prevent you from attaining it. You deserve it.
